Services

Custom software built by people who run software.

We build websites, web apps, mobile apps, and backend systems for businesses that need reliable digital tools. Our custom work is held to the same standard as our own SaaS products — because we know what it costs when software fails.

Website

Marketing sites, landing pages & portfolios

Your website is often the first thing a potential customer sees. We build fast, SEO-optimized sites that look sharp, load quickly, and guide visitors toward action — not just look good in a screenshot.

  • Startups needing a launch site
  • Local businesses replacing outdated sites
  • Professionals building a portfolio

How it works

From first message to live product

01

Discovery call

30–60 minutes. We listen more than we talk. Goal: understand the problem, not just the feature list.

02

Written scope

A clear document: what we're building, tech approach, timeline, and cost. You approve before we write a line of code.

03

Build with check-ins

Regular updates, demo sessions, and a shared task board. No black boxes. You can redirect early if priorities shift.

04

Launch & handoff

We handle deployment, write up what we built, and stay available for the post-launch period. You own everything.

FAQ

Common questions

How do you handle project scoping?

Before any contract, we do a discovery call to understand your goals, constraints, and success criteria. We then put together a written scope — feature list, tech approach, timeline estimate, and cost. You approve it before we start.

Do you work on fixed-price or hourly?

Both, depending on scope clarity. Well-defined projects work well on fixed price. For ongoing work, feature additions, or projects where requirements are evolving, we prefer a retainer or milestone-based model.

Can you work with an existing codebase?

Yes. We've stepped into legacy codebases, inherited half-built products, and done major refactors. We always audit first before committing to a scope, so there are no surprises.

What happens after launch?

We don't disappear. Post-launch support is part of every project — bug fixes, small iterations, and monitoring setup are included in the handoff period. Longer-term maintenance can be arranged separately.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, happy to. We treat client projects with the same confidentiality we'd want for our own products.

How long does a typical project take?

A simple website or landing page: 1–3 weeks. A web app MVP: 6–12 weeks. Mobile app: 8–16 weeks. Custom systems vary widely. Timeline is always part of the written scope we agree on upfront.
